Once you have made your deposit or complete payment, your reservation is valid after Wild Tour Pop has confirmed it, subject to availibility.

Wild Tour Pop reserves the right to make changes to their itineraries or cancel any tour, including a guaranteed tour, at any time prior to departure if something beyond the control of Wild Tour Pop deems it necessary; including natural disasters, political instability, weather, cultural conditions or other external events. Wild Tour Pop will inform all booked customers of any changes or cancellations by email or phone.

If Wild Tour Pop cancels a tour in which you are holding a fully paid booking you may choose between an alternative tour or a full refund. Wild Tour Pop holds no responsibility for any incidental expenses that you may have occurred as a result of your booking being cancelled. If the alternative tour chosen is of a lower value than that originally booked then you are entitled to a refund of the price difference. If the difference is higher you must pay the difference.

Itineraries are subject to alteration without notice and are intended as a guide only. Wild Tour Pop reserves the right to change the itinerary without any notice. Any additional expenses incurred by the passenger is not Wild Tour Pop responsibility. Wild Tour Pop can give no guarantees as to the exact arrival and departure times for carriers and operators used by Wild Tour Pop and will not be liable for the failure of any services or attractions beyond its control.

Whilst Wild Tour Pop will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable tour, it accepts no liability for any loss of enjoyment experienced by passengers due to circumstances Wild Tour Pop deems as beyond its control. Wild Tour Pop further accepts no liability for any loss beyond its reasonable control and provides no warranties in addition to those set out under The Fair Trading Act 1986, and nothing herein restricts any passenger from exercising their rights and remedies to pursuant to Law.

On tours including activities such as trekking, swimming and snorkelling, passengers accept that degrees of risk are involved.

No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of Wild Tour Pop, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. Wild Tour Pop will not be responsible for any expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour.

• Good physical and mental health are essential for the enjoyment of our trips.
• It is essential that any participant with a medical condition requiring regular treatment or which may be affected by vigorous activity, high altitude, heat, cold, other natural phenomena, or foods, notify Wild Tour Pop , in writing, in advance of the trip.
• All participants must carry their own medical insurance, valid for the duration of the trip.
• Clients must present themselves for tours in a condition that guides feel will enable them to participate without endangering themselves or others, this especially relates to cascading. Please drink responsibly the night before trips as any sign of intoxication may lead to the cancellation of tours or exclusion of individuals without recourse to refunds.

• We have a 100% refund policy if we cannot operate the excursion due to severe weather conditions /high or low water conditions or for any safety reasons.
• We offer a 100% refund if your ship cannot dock for any reason or if your ship does dock but too late to run even a shortened version of the excursion.
• We offer a 50% refund if you cancel your excursion after 4pm the day prior to or on your scheduled excursion date.
• We offer a 100% refund if you cancel your excursion 48 hours before the day of your trips.
Trip Modification
• Itineraries may change due to weather, availability of new accommodations or routes, problems with old routes, etc. Wild Tour Pop reserves the right to change the itinerary due to any factor.

• Airfare, airport transfers, medical expenses, cost of hospitalization or evacuation from remote areas, personal medical insurance, tips for the team.
